1 medium (125 g) red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 medium (125 g) yellow bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 medium (125 g) green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons (45 ml) balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried basil
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried parsley
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Method
1. Place the diced bell peppers in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil and parsley. Add some Kosher salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F (190 C).
4. Pull out cooking basket and place marinated bell pepper.
