Peach Cobbler with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (300 g) peaches, stoned and sliced

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon (20 ml) honey

  • 1 cup (120 g) yellow cake mix

  • 1/4 stick (30 g) butter, cut into small cubes

  • 2 teaspoons (4 g) ground cinnamon

Method

  • 1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 360 F (180 C).
  • 2. Combine the peach slices, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl. Then, spread it in the bottom of a baking dish that can fit into your Air Fryer basket. Top with yellow cake mix and scatter the butter on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 4. Serve and enjoy.
