Potato Wedges with Chili and Dill

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. (675 g) potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon (7 g) chili flakes

  • 1 tablespoon (3.5 g) fresh dill weed, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika

  • 1 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp. (0.5 g) freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • 1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, butter, chili flakes, dill, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Place the sweet potatoes and onion in a baking dish that can fit into your Air Fryer basket. Drizzle with oil mixture. Toss to coat well.
  • 4. Cook in the Air Fryer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 5. Serve and enjoy.
