1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes or until browned.
3. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, green beans, tomato puree, and herbs. Cover and cook further 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer to a baking dish that can fit into your Air Fryer. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
